1. Introduction

At Refined Stitch, we are committed to providing high-quality clothing, embroidery, personalised garments, custom-made products, gifts and premium branded merchandise. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Standard and Non-Personalised Products

Customers purchasing eligible standard, non-personalised products online have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.

3. Personalised, Embroidered and Custom-Made Products

Products that are genuinely personalised or made to a customer's specifications are generally exempt from the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. However, this exemption does not apply to faulty goods, goods that are not as described or products incorrectly produced due to an error by Refined Stitch.
